Cat chats with best-selling author Marissa Stapley about her new book Lucky, writing and being featured in Oprah.

Marissa is the internationally bestselling author of four novels. THE LAST RESORT, an instant Toronto Star bestseller, was shortlisted for the Arthur Ellis best novel award, was an Oprah Mag and New York Post favourite, and was optioned for television. Her latest book, LUCKY, will launch on April 6 in Canada and December 7 in the US, and was recently optioned for television by ABC Disney Studios.

Marissa is also the author of holiday rom-coms under the pen name Maggie Knox. THE HOLIDAY SWAP (Putnam/Penguin Canada/Hodder books) comes out October 5, 2021.
